Sublimation is sometimes mistakenly called 'screen printing' as both are methods by which graphics are transferred onto products; however, sublimation uses a completely different process and is much more versatile. With sublimation, we are able to manipulate an image as much as needed, and then, once the image is final, a commercial heat press is used to permanently transfer specialty dyes onto the substrate of choice. Since the dye is absorbed into the product, it will not fade, peel, or crack, and typically lasts as long as the product itself. By using sublimation, we are able to customize any number of items with high-resolution, full-color images quickly and cost effectively with no minimum order.
